刚一老印打来电话，介绍一个Intel的contractor工作，要求至少MS和3年以上工作经验
，没有任何benefit，报价是$37/小时。我昏倒，这么低，比俺intern时还少。有知道
contractor小时pay的同学们说说情况吗？

如果不是在湾区，Intel的contractor给这个工资很正常。

是的。我们所说的refiance都是指no cost refinance。
银行今天又多次上调利率价格，Conforming重新贷款15年固定已涨至3.875%，5/1 ARM
涨至3%。

PhD期间intern很多都是40$/h倒是，和full time工资其实差别不大，就是没有benefit.

有些PhD intern基本上是fulltime master的收入水平，不奇怪。就做几个月，不用交
