借版上人气请教大侠们的建议：
本人破四刀，无心发考题。正准备申绿卡。之前瞄准业界的工作找了好久，都无疾而终
。目前意外拿到一个中部农村startup的鸡肋offer。公司做小分子药物筛选，只有三个
烙印，靠SBIR过活。这是一个两年的职位，薪水还略低于破四刀，不解决身份。请问是
否可以作为一个去业界的跳板？跳了对绿卡申请有影响不？挫人一个，大牛们见笑了~~~

不建议去中部农村的，好的startup都在boston和湾区吧

薪水不如postdoc的工作就真的不如postdoc
你去个烂公司不如去个好点的学校有帮助

geting gc is the most impt thing for u now, the stup is better than psdoc,
get to indry first, then jump again
the most diffcult step is to jump out of school
i will take the offer if i were u

depds on wgat type of gc u are aplyng, and how well u did,
if eb1a, u have lots of paper, no
if niw, no
u need know some immigration first

应该是eb1a，但还需要积累一些review experience

you mixed up 2 things,
go to immigration board, to find out requirement for 1a
for review experience, do u need ur bos to help u?
and u are on h1b now, can the startup sponsor h1b?

我还在OPT期间，公司不给办h1b

你最终能否留在美国，工业界，取决于两点，身份，二业界经验
你还未确定现有条件能否申下来1a吧？
如果走N I W，赶快递上去，欢在排期挺快的
