以前从没试过open access, 上当后悔极了。发现钱收得多的，编辑和杂志的职业素养
越差。还是喜欢ACS和RSC的杂志。

我的经历是该杂志编辑部让作者要求回避的审稿人审稿，审稿意见和在其它两个不同杂
志拒稿的审稿人的意见相似度达到90%，很明显在那三个杂志拒稿的是同一个人。一方
面，那个人就是具有剽窃嫌疑的人。另一方面，那个人又是所有三个杂志的审稿编辑或
编委。
