一直以来对在ES cell表达蛋白很头痛，总是很难达到理想的表达水平。请教版上有经
验的牛人们是用什么promoter或vector来表达蛋白的？EF1a promoter会不会比较好？
用lentivirus会比plasmid好吗？

Most people in this field are now using piggybac vector with CAG promoter

CAG会不会太强？我用的是EF1a。
