EAD卡上有个USCIS#和Card#，
在填Employment Authorization Document Type和#的时候，
Type应该是填Employment Authorization Card吧，#是填哪个呢？

你要是觉得这个是新的，只能说你没好好读过韩老师的论文。整个figure 2都在讲这件
事情。

要是把这作为关键拿来单练，可说的话就太多了：你的实验不work？你实验室的器材药
品各种条件没有允许protein-dna complex形成。或者：你的蛋白根本没有处在native
conformation。或者：你断定你的蛋白fold到native conformation了？要实验work蛋
白就不能处在native conformation，必须得是intermediate 或者transition state。
