如果商家都接受退货，那还要amex这个return protection来干什么？难道这个benefit

why is it evil? I don't understand, really.
If the merchant said it's returnable when you bought it, why bother the amex
program?
Is it possible that the merchant may say it's returnable but later rejects
the return?

那还要amex这个return protection来干什么？
when you have a dispute with商家, when you think 商家 should accept return
难道这个benefit
If 商家 says NO RETURN before buying, you still want to buy then return,
then you are pure evil.

amex这个条款有可能能给客户protection，也是一种reward，如果能提供extra
benefit也没什么可惊讶。
