建筑师申请H1B，被RFE了，说是PROFESSIONAL的职位，要求提供LICENSE，或者
SUPERVISOR的LICENSE。
不知道为什么律师一面说这个不难办，一面拖着不叫EVIDENCE，我都把我的LICENSE寄
给他了。
更奇怪的是USCIS的状态也没有更新。还是最开始的ACCEPTANCE.

如果你连判断自己领域内的文章应该发到什么杂志上都做不到的话，还做什么science
啊？文章的质量你自己找几篇看看就知道了。在我的领域里，我觉得文章档次对得起
nature子刊这个title。Nat comm的文章是一区而且对得起一流，scientific reports
算是二区文章也是二流里不错的水平，plos one上面参差不齐，但是总体来说三流文章
居多。

一般说nature子刊不算NC的
NC也就高级点的plos one，主要还是沾了nature的光

好多文章主刊高端子刊不收都直接让转nc
