我拿到了这个bank的offer, 6 month with right to hire, 但是不保证一定转
permanent. 我问了他们有没有这样的数据, 就是转正的比例, 他们说这是最近才有的
hiring method, due to the economy recession, a lot of banks are very
cautious with hiring. 由于我现在的工作是permanent非银行的相同职位, 但是赚得少,
而且地点离老公远. 所以非常犹豫. 不知道银行界的行情是怎么样. 请教以下业内人
士, 通常转permanent的几率是怎么样的?

既然人家都说了是新的hiring method，别人怎么知道转permanent的机率呢？再说这本

最近行情太差。金融银行首当其冲，慎重考虑。

同意. 现在要算命一样的希望半年后经济不要太差, 还要拼ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍａｎｃｅ.
只是, 这个地点很有吸引力, 而且我的工资会从５,８ 万长到８万.而且我一致向往银
行. 现在这个公司有点委屈. 给得太少了.

We dont have enough information to make your decision for you.
Best I can tell you is that banking sector is going downhill. but if the
position can teach you new things
and open more opportunities, i'd say take it.

position can teach you new things
and open more opportunities, i'd say take it.
