USCIS约的时间是5月13日，想下周二五月5日去试试walk in，因为周二off，5月13日是

我现在是h1b, 9月到期.但是现在公司刚刚帮我renew了,新的h1b 2013年到期. 我的PD
是07年2月. 140两年前拿到.目前有EAD,但没用过. 我可能马上要换到另外一家公司,工
作性质差不多. 我的问题是:
1. h1b怎么transfer?是用现在这个吗? 还是用刚刚renew那个?或者是新公司重新办?
2. 我的绿卡是现在公司出钱,我在外边找的律师. 那么我接下来该怎么做? 由新公司重
新找律师用我的PD接着办? 还是可以保持现在的律师?

24拍到第6季，编剧估计是难死了，挖空心思想新桥段，想不出新桥段，就拿人物开刀

于是，第6季Jack优柔寡断，第7季Jack冷酷无情。
我个人认为真正的Jack粉们受不了这个——一个电视剧龙套人物可以随便改变，但是主
角的性情大变就很冒险了。尝试是大胆的，结果是悲惨的——不但桥段老套，连大家为
之钟情的Jack式的强悍果断直接狡猾也走了样了。所谓桥段老套，那个是肯定的，在第
1季以后（对于分析能力差些的观众，在第2季）以后，所谓终极悬念就不存在了。
其实这类电视剧，就是让人图个痛快，看的爽，刺激。好人得胜烂人猥琐恶人惨败是让
大家充分享受YY乐趣的基础。偏偏有人要说看24是为了看白宫戏，是为了看细腻的政治
斗争，那么……我只能赠送2个字，装X。。。。还有人吧，喜欢看人物感情发展的，那
么请看韩剧吧。说实在的，第7季实在是韩剧了一番，e心s了。。。。
估计是考虑到了最后一季了，编剧们没有那许多的顾虑，全面复古，走回hardcore的硬
派Jack路线。就算bug有一箩筐，就算挺慢热的，但是观众挺happy的，挺爽的。
在大结局前一周，作为24的铁杆粉丝，我热烈庆祝24全面复古，殷切
……

我自己没办过，我一个朋友很像你的case, 也是由东部搬到西部，重新找律师file EB2
, 不再是 TSC， 但他carry 了原来 TSC EB3的PD.
Transfer h1b 应该不占名额吧。

工作性质差不多，不就可以用AC21，绿卡什么都不用动，就等着排期到。

如果你已经有EAD，说明你的485已经file了，如果超过183天，基本上可以用AC21换工
作而不用重新办了，就等绿卡就行了。

如果先去公司给两个月HOUSING，然后又搬家，都要通知么？到哪里去通知呢？
