Draco Natural Products is a manufacturer of botanical extract ingredients
for the nutritional supplement, food and beverage, and cosmetic industries.
This is a full-time, in-house accountant position located at our San Jose,
CA headquarters.
Applicants for this position must speak and write English and Chinese (
Mandarin) fluently!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Accounting
- Account Payable
- Account Receivable
- General Ledger
- Maintain Petty Cash and Company credit card usage and prepares
reconciliation
- Work on budgeting process
- Month-end close
- Prepare month-end statements and specialized reports/analyses
Administration
- HR duties : including, but not limited to, collecting and processing time
sheets
- Office management
- Maintain import/export documents, shipment schedule and interface to
Custom brokers
REQUIREMENTS
BS in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2+ years experience with business accounting systems and
procedures
Proficient with Microsoft office, Quick Books, and application software
relevant to the position
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to give positive motivation and direction to team members and work
well with senior management - a team player.
Good Communication verbal and written a must!
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
Flexible with regard to assignments and changes.
