俺所在的小公司被大公司兼并，感觉大公司里面稍微高层一点的好像是没有外国人面孔
的，更不用说老中了。感觉中国人按部就班在大公司里面爬楼梯是爬不了多远的，是不
是应该立刻离职重新找切入点？各位在大公司的兄弟姐妹聊聊经验?

lenovo的T500,windowsXP系统，最近总是弹出找到新硬件SCSI和RAID控制器，但是始终
找不到驱动程序
有谁也遇到这种情况么？

I kinda feel the same way. Pretty much director level is as high as you can
go.
There are exceptions, for exceptional Chinese individuals. But most of us
won't be Sr. Director, VP or CxO for 2B$+ companies (F1000).
Hell, in those multinational co., even the asian-pacific or so called great-
china regional general managers are most likely ppl from HK/TW/SIGP.
If you wanna be executives, start-up is a better option i guess.

Not exactly.
We are a fortune 500 company. Even for people here, I saw a few senior
directors, a couple in a similar to VP position but not VP. Of course the
ratio is very small, so is americans.
But for people from Euorpo, the ratio in higher level management is really
high.
