Postdoctoral Position in Chemistry, Aquatic or Geochemistry
A position is available for postdoctoral candidate in the Brine Chemistry
Consortium of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Rice
University. BCC is a joint industrial research project supported by the oil
and gas industries https://bcc.rice.edu/ ). The individual will conduct
experimental and computation research in oilfield scale control of mineral
salts. The ideal candidate should have strong background in experimental
research, versed in the aquatic and geochemistry, self-motivated and
genuinely interested in academic and industrial research. Strong background
in physical chemistry and computation is desired. The candidate shall also
demonstrate strong communication skill in research presentation. The
position is for one year and is renewable upon mutual consent. Interested
candidates should send a complete CV and have at least two confidential

像国内的那种铁板烧对么？
coat 就是那种pre-seasoned么？
这个coating不会有毒把
沉还好像吧，关键真是被ewg给吓倒了。。。

你可以自己用素油coat，我没做过，看过步骤，不难。

是嘛？ 我以为人家都给coat好了，就像是不粘锅的那样
还要自己coat亚？
除了沉还有什么缺点么？

铁锅不好用， 洗锅累死你， 好处就是可以增加你血液里的铁含量。。。

还是买个不锈钢的主打，铸铁锅么锦上添花，专用于油煎，热水冲洗后抹干或烧干。

据说安利的皇后锅是7层的，感觉很牛，不过也很贵

没觉得铁夫隆有啥不好， 市面上绝大多数锅都是铁夫隆的， 这个技术
也出来好多年了， 难道老外都不怕死？
只要注意不要大火空烧， 加用木铲， 加洗锅用软布， 很耐用的。。
我上回的10元大锅就好用的很。。。

我喜欢用。但只用来煎牛排什么的。不用来炒菜。
