开中药， 没人管。还有针灸真得很赚钱。
我们这农村有个中医， 做针灸， 总做各种广告。
很多病人是退行性关节炎，长得又胖， 不能运动， 西医治疗方式只能给止痛药。
许多病人主动要求refer到那个中医作针灸。 有好多保险是cover针灸的。
这位中医只收现金， 所以病人只能自费， 但是病人也是很多。
曾经口头问过许多病人针灸是否有效， 怎么样回答得都有。

应该是非法的，但是他不卖药，只是说xx能治病，所以很tricky。
除非他说的话会导致严重后果。否则他也受1st amendment 保护。
宣传racism还受保护呢。
