Is there any free software which converts CHM (Microsoft help file) to PDF?
Requirements:
1. Free
2. Keep all the links and bookmarks to the converted PDF file
3. The PDF file is not generated by "print"

请问一个问题：
我已经申请了PE考试，可以在十月考试。还没有schedule. 但由于没准备好, wanna
take the exam next April. Is that OK? Or I need to reapply again at that
time and pay the application fee again for next April??? Please advice. Thx.
