Is the american ballroon challenge a different series, or is it just a TV
version of the pro events? Thanks!

american ballroom challenge is the pro finals made into a tv program.
it's the hyatt by the convention center, i believe.
totally worth it

i called and found out.
(BTW, i meant to say the first one, Hyatt Regency Columbus, is the location
for OSB.)

the hyatt on high street is the one connected to the convention center and
venue for ohio star ball.
just started practicing again so we're far, far from competition ready. have
to skip, again!

No, not M & J - i love their dancing, but i am not their fan, as they are
more on the sport side (speed, execution, etc.). I wanna see beautiful
dances (which you definitely see more in yulia, slavik...).
by the way, how do you like yulia with riccardo, i mean, speaking from the
chacha clip you posted?

i'm not fan of joanna either.
sure yulia looks even more stunning with riccardo. they are great. i'm nobod
y, but i'll say my first impression of their dancing is "pretty." (of course
they have speed too.) i need to watch more to see their depth. as of now, n
o couple beats slavik and karyna in my mind, and they are the standard that
i'll compare new couples to.

Totally agree, as of now, no couple beats slavik and karyna //hand
i share your opion on their pretty dancing; my eyes are so pleased. when
yulia was with max, you only saw yulia; now you saw yulia's partner. you can
watch yulia and riccardo individually in the clip and each of them dances
so amazingly. now here comes my point: after watching that clip a couple of
times, i felt something was missing. after watching it another couple of
times, i felt that they are not quite dancing together. this

that's short, but dead precious. their speed is explosive.
dying to see their rumba. that'll say a lot of their connection and the dept

i haven't watched much of olga. but my impression is that

Hope to meet you and dance with you there soon. I will move to NYC next
spring.
Tell me some information about good studios in Manhattan. My apartment is on

Then IT IS SO FUNNY that i behaved that secretively hahaha :D I knew he is
close to her, but i thought he is probably her best student for years and is
just helping her to run studio and stuff...plus, she keeps the B last name.
..and plus, he is much younger than her...and plus, i never dig gossips
myself; any gossips i know come to me by accident...so, what shall i say? hm
...i'd say:
dear musique, i am sorry for deeply disappointing you again :P

why, I think CA is a great place too, for everything.
I was very difficult to decide to go to SF or NYC for a long time.

NYC is the mecca of ballroom dance if you don't count london or don't speak
russian.
