Is this Win2K/WinNT?
What's the error msg you get when you try to start the server?
Try starting it from Control Panel/Administrative Functions/Services..
(Something like that)
You'll see the Microsoft SQL server service listed there hopefully,
Then if something goes wrong you can also check your system log for more
specific error msgs.

error msg is 相关服务起不来(好象我在哪查过说一定要Netlogon先起来)
事件查看器显示 如标题
已经尝试过从services处启动，errormsg 一样
z找不到更详细的error msgs lar...
以前在学校装的时候好象都没有这中问题

Netlogon干什么用的啊？

For Passthrough authentication
不知道还有什么用..
But if you have NT netlogon should be started automatically.
Can you try to start netlogon from Services manually and try again?
Or use net start netlogon in the command prompt,
might get more error messages that way.
Can also try net start mssql (can't remember the exact name of the service)
and see what it says.
Oh and also you might have to be a member of a domain in order to start
netlogon though I'm not sure.

Goto MSSQL\Binn, run sqlserver.exe from command line, and see if it
starts. If it does, go to control panel/services and try to start
NetLogon.
