好像一般的EVL都要求写这句
如果换了同类工作，新雇主看不到原来的perm能加这句话么？

这个好像不是所有的公司都愿意加，因为他们没法为你前任雇主负责
但是你要是能跟自己公司ＨＲ商量好，有的也不ｃａｒｅ加这么一句
关键是搞清楚你I-140 ｌａｂｏｒ ｃｅｒｔｉｆｉｃａｔｅ 上怎么写你的，
只要现任雇主把你的职责写的根以前相同或相似即可

买硬点的枕头。walmart那里有。很便宜，才20来块。

我们收到的REF对EVL有这个要求,"The letter must also indicate whether the
terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor
certification) continue to exist".所以,雇主不介意,加上比较好吧.
