想请教板上有经验的，一件关于面试的事情。
现在正在面一个startup,当初是在新闻里面看到他们在弄一个项目，觉得很有意思，而
且跟我现在干的很对口，所以我就去看了看他们相关职位，申请了一个 lead position
。面了2个电面下来，感觉他们这个position level太低了，现在的 hiring manager估
计来我现在的公司就只能 report给我。
我想去提一下，看能不能把这个job level升一下。不知道这个大概什么时候能提，跟
谁提比较好。
前几个电面感觉都挺好的，因为好像他们现在做的人对这 business都不是太懂。主要
是我挺喜欢他们现在做的事情，想去drive一些自己的想法。
个人情况是没读完的PhD +master+4年大公司工作经验，目前是 manager，有2个
reports，非 tech职位。

People had repeatly analyzed the PERM data after 2007. It seemed that India
and China have a lots of approved PERM in 2008 and 2009 such that almost all
predicted a month by month progress after the Dacao.
Now we advanced more than one year in two VBs. Does that mean the Real
demand is far less than we thought?
Hope VB keep moving next month, even for a small one, to show it is real.

It's simply inventory-building.
There is no way we have such a low real demand from 08PD. They are as many
as 07 PD.

I suppose the demand dropped some in FY08.
Many of my friends went back to China or upgraded to Eb1 as they cannot wait
that long. FY07 catch the DaChao thus nobody dropped out.
One more question, if you changed job, and would like to re-link the older
PD, could it be done before my old PD becomes C? I guess many people
switched jobs and just started this process as they have about 50 days to
submit 485. Demand on Dec.8 could be far less than usual, when people
usually submit on the 1st day of the month.
