我要离职了，去一家更大，待遇更好的公司，领导其实对我很好，一再挽留我，还
说给我加钱，可是那边我已经答应好了，而且就算加了那边也还是高，最重要的是，我
觉得在这五年里，该学的我已经学到了，人往高处走嘛。领导看到留不住我，就说好吧
，好聚好散，这一帮人里我就最看得起你了，现在你走了，能不能把你这五年里，对每
个人的了解给写下来给我，比如他们都有什么缺点，优点也写，有什么需要提高的地方
，一定会保密，不会让人知道是我写的。我一听，这不是要写优点啊，是要写缺点。说
真的，这帮人的缺点多了去了，没有几个是认真干活的，一天到晚不是在手机上聊天就
是跟同事聊天，就是快到下班那会才稍为认真一点。可我这人就是不喜欢在背后说别人
的坏话，不想到要走了才得罪一帮人。
而且虽然我对他们的工作态度不太认同，但是私下里我们还是挺好的。可是领导都
这样说了，我又不能不答应。随便跟他打完哈哈出来，我在想怎么办才好。随便写写肯
定不可能，挑有肉的写？也不行啊，这样真的会得罪人。咋办？

"we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status" = greened?
"You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to
receive a final decision" = no decision yet?
On December 12, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision

answer my question first... is this the standard welcome letter? - I can
relax and check my mail for card or do I need to do something before I get
the card?

我也碰到过这种事情，下次还是打个哈哈拖一拖就过去了，我觉得他就算不高兴也没有
什么，因为就算你写了你以为他就感谢你吗？
