被lay off，看见local有个小的公司招data analyst，工资和以前工作的差不多（以前
是大单位，福利好）。去面试，还做了个测试，被告知不能immediate use，会sustain
my file for the following contracts. 他们接项目，可能后面还有。也许是客套。
感觉现在还不如刚毕业的时候，有一年工作经验更糟糕。另外我这个skill是不是也不
强呀。大公司工作层面多，第一年一直在学习适应阶段，干杂活了。这小公司是不是
skill要求更高。

LD找不到他办OPT时收到的797，但是他有EAD卡。请问哪里可以补或找到I797表。LD是
副申请人。

small companies usually want to find the right person who won't need
orientation and training.

我的485没交这个797，只交了EAD卡复印件，前些天Noles说EAD卡上的Card#就是你797
的Receipt#，到INS网站上一输就有相关信息了，所以应该没问题。

Do they care the position stability? If people are technical strong, they
will quit any time when they find better position.
It is very hard now, big companies lay off, small companies too picky.
