今天收到RFE邮件
USCIS acknowledges receipt of Birth certficate/Family Registry in Chinese,
and a Notarial Certificate in English that attests to the conformity of the
"attached" English translate. However, you did not include a translated into
English copy of yout birth certificate/family registry with your Form I-485
submittal to USCIS.
Therefore, you must submit a copy of your birth certificate or family
registry showing your parentage, which have been registered with the proper
civil authorities of the country of your birth.
Important: If you submit a document that is not in English, it must be
accompanied by a complete English translation. The translator must certify
that he or she is competent to perform the translation and that the
translation is accurate. Any english translation MUST be submitted together
with a copy of the translate(foreign-language) original.

现在糊涂了究竟是我的出身公证不符合条件还是485材料里面没有?
AP/EAD已经收到了我用的就是03年出国时候公证处办的那种出生公证啊
而且现在是夫妻两个都收到一样的RFE
我们的公证书是在不同城市办的不过看得出来都是用的同一个template

不是太确定LZ 的状况。
但是应该有两个 Notarial Certificate。
一个是Ｆｏｒ　BC的，另一个是Ｆｏｒ　ＢＣ的英文翻译的。
你是不是只有一个翻译的。
