Prior to 1/1/2012, the number is 4950. This is the number very closed to the
EB2C whose PD is before 5/1/2010. If we consider EB1C or other EBC, the
number could be less, say 4500.
Based on this data, it will take 1.6 years to digest these PD from October,
2012 if no spill over. That is middle of 2014. Considering of possible spill
over, the people whose PD is before 5/1/2010 may get GC in the first 6
months of 2014.
For PD who lost the last boat, it may get 485 submitted no early than the
end of 2013 or beginning of 2014.
It might be good news for people whose PD is at the second part of 2010
because they only wait less than 4 years before they can submit 485.
