这么说不公平。人黑得年份比你等的年份长多了。

这个可不一定。反正这次那EAD的很多都没有document的。根本没法证明黑了多久？再
退一万步说，黑了久就能早拿卡么？这也是没有道理的事情

most EB2/3 are not true high-tech immigrants. Most jobs can be done by

毛病！这个不是我们考虑的事情，而是政府的事情。但是政府处理这件事情的时候，一
定不能危害到eb23，遵纪守法移民的利益。over

Simply grant EB2/3 GC within several months then they leave current job?

Well, theoretically, you can forcibly deport them or let them live in the
shadow forever. But it's unrealistic. Just not be too mean to others. When
you have a high paid job and
a route to get GC, give others a way to live.

No need to compare, the society is composed of all kinds of jobs. EB2/3 are
important, farmers, tax drivers,etc are equally important. No single job can
function without support from other jobs. EB2/3 are not superior to other
low-wage workers.

EB23比劳模挣得多多了，根本就不在一个社会经济阶层

亚裔中国人最多占1/3，而且中国人里面政庇偷渡的远比eber出身的多，那些人可都是
拿福利的（我知道不少现在已经不穷了的，就因为他们做的是餐馆工作，拿的是现金，
所以仍然享受福利--开着奔驰宝马，住着4000尺的房子享受福利-_-）,你说他们不支持
democrats支持谁？

其实中印eber才是最可怜的阶级，说富也富不了太多，收入大半是工资收入，capital
gain tax享受不到，会计师也雇不了太好的，税一分不少交，但是收入又肯定过了福利
那道坎，甚至全家收入过了obama划定的250k那道线，享受不到福利还要招被我们税款
养着的losers恨，动不动就喊加税。
同情illegals的人，还是先同情一下ebers吧
