最近申请了一个RFA，impact score只有39，比较一般。抱着试一试的心态给PO发信要
求teleconference。PO回信说:
You can send all the Just In Time information you deem relevant. I welcome
your responses.
As for funding possibilities, I cannot comment in any shape or form as the
second review by council is pending until September, and thus is still
privileged information.
I hope you understand.
同时收到系统自动生成的JIT。请问版上各位大牛，这还有希望吗。另外，我还需要缠
着PO要求teleconference吗。

I485 pending, EAD renewal是寄到USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox,对吗？我住在
北卡，所以是Dallas对吗？因为是Fedex，所以寄到Lewisville.
请各位给确认一下，怕自己理解错了。多谢了！

你可以参考今年的payline　看看ｆｕｎｄ的可能性. summary Statement 拿到的话可
以问问 PO有没有什么建议和comments。系统自动生成的jit我不会去管它。

没有听说过39分能fund的，但是积极一点没有坏处，为下次交做准备。
