我现在在做 contractor, H1B, EB2 I-140 approved.
EB2能直接降级当然最好，但有些担心。所以想从头来，稳妥。真正排两个队。
但是，情况如下：
employer sponsored 现在的EB2 绿卡和H1b。现在不想离开current employer。但如果
让 employer 再 sponsor一个EB3，从头开始的，employer不一定答应，即使我愿意付
全部费用，因为HR毕竟要麻烦。
我可以找到另一个consulting 公司帮我办一个EB3，估计我需要出钱。（条件是：如果
我通过他们拿到绿卡，我会为他们工作 6 month。这是他们会得到的好处。这是绿卡的
规定，对吧?）
我的问题是：
1。 while我仍是我的employer的employee，another company sponsor 我另一个EB3。
从immigration 法的角度看，这么做可以吗？
2。 如果这样EB3 办好了，到那时它的排期如果还是ahead of EB2 的，当去link EB2
的PD 时，会有问题吗？我的employer会提出异议吗？

I think it completely depends, maybe you can try? Your citation looks very good! I myself have 24 good journals/6 conferences, and 36 reviews, and one software product, my company attorney refuted to file EB1B saying that my citation is too low (56) and
weak.

我觉得可以，不用claim review了，可以狂吹contribution和authorship。

谢谢您的回复和提醒。是的。 我想到过这一点。但刚搞清楚是再我交I－485时开始。
我估计还是会先和employer谈，如果他们不干， 在想办法找另一个。
我去为他们工作，这才正是他们有可能愿意为我办的原因，while i am not their
employee。 I will only work for them start at the time they submit i-485 for
me.
看了那末多的， 直接降级的帖子，我想我会去做。但始终担心。被拒没什么，担心影
响原来的EB2。

你完全可以自己弄EB1A啊， 省钱还省时间
