请问，
regulation 说H1B可以延一年如果PERM pending365天，请问这个时候如果H1B已经
expired了，是不是也可以延
举个例子， PERM filed in April 2013, H1B expires on 01/25/2014, 之后转 on
paid leave (大概相当于停薪留职），换成H4身份
然后到April 2014的时候，延一年的H1B
公司的HR是这样的说的，请问大家觉得这样可以吗？

是的，只要等到365天就可以续H1B。

My PERM was submitted on 10/05/2012 and got audited on 12/30/2012. Then the
auditing materials were submitted by my employer on 1/3/2013 (and I still
haven't heard anything yet). But my H1B was going to expire in Oct 2013 (
2013 was my 6th year on H1B) so my employer submitted my H1B renewal
petition on 4/30/2013 and it got approved on 10/23/2013.
