我的EB1A,4月底收到RFE，7/16把response寄出，今天上午收到短信通知
Your Case Status: Initial Review
the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-140,
Immigrant
Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXXXXX, because they
could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case"
过了两个小时status又更新了，变成了:
Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production
On September 16, 2015, we mailed your document for Receipt Number
SRCxxxxxxxxxxx, directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive
your document by October 16, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to
request the document be sent to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/
addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
这是个什么状态？ 我又不是485，哪来的Card/Document Production？
这是批了还是拒了？请前辈指点!
