dramatically. So basically going down to eb3 doesn't help them at all.
especially for those already having EAD. They will just waste couple of
grands $ and shut down the window for majority of EB3 to be green quick

如果是律师给你办的降级，万一有啥问题，申请人的eb2应该不会有影响的，因为是律
师对法律条款研究出错，不会惩罚当事人的。我看过以前类似的案例，也是移民申请，
律师对法律理解出问题（注意不是当事人和律师做fraud），当事人最后没事。
目前有AILA根据，降级完全不是主观的fraud，我觉得申请降级的如果愿意take risk，
可以去做，不需要担心太多。
