Can the applicant legally stay in the United States after H1-B application
is submitted and pending approval?
I got laid off and had my visa transferred to B2 but my B2 will expire very
soon. A company decided to hire me and is going to submit H1-B PP after the
New Year's day. If on the expiration day, my H1-B is still not approved,
will I legally stay? Thanks!
