公司效益不好，不幸被裁。
EAD还在renew中（旧卡已经过期，但h1b还有效），已经两个月了，应该快下来了。
EB2B排期还差几个月，估计两三个月
应该能下来,老婆再用H4上学.
那我的问题是现在我能申请失业救济金吗？我要申请的话是不是485很有可能悲剧啊？
毕竟是EB2B的。
当然自己也会努力找工作，就是问问看看有没有可能申请这个失业救济金。当然最好的
就是下个月排期当前没有RFE拿到绿卡找到工作。

据我所知领失业救济和绿卡没关系。失业救济是公司买的失业保险负的，和公共福利没
关系。
