没在美国读过书，香港读的统计的MPhil，没继续PhD。
现在在美国一家market maker里做senior quant，算是critical position, CFA charter
有三篇第一作者的Journal，两篇第一作者会议paper，文章有点新，还不知道引用数量。
做的东西在领域里还是比较新有突破性的，老板手下后来的人都跟着做，推荐信可包装
一下。
读本科的时候有个美国MCM的前10名的meritorious winner，国内杂七杂八还有些奖。
求拍，要是能搏一把EB1就试一下，不行的话就老实EB2了。

菜鸟一个，想请教如果递交了485，即使不过180天而重新找雇主（假设原雇主不revoke
140）,是不是不用再file PERM了？
我的理解是180天和AC21的限制是防止雇主revoke 140，而不是说180天以后跳槽就不用
走PERM了，不知道我理解正确不？如果说180天以前跳槽也不用重新file PERM,那么跳
槽的顾虑就只剩下雇主是否revoke 140了？谢谢。

你不portable, AOS RFE了怎么办想过吗？所以新公司为你负责才重办PERM，不然才不
花那个钱呢。用你原来的140一直续H1B就好了。

Potentially you could do it. A doctoral degree, even if you have one, may
not help in your case, as you are claiming a new discovery. If you can
prove your work deserves national or international recognition, you surely
have a chance....
