EB2-EB3， 140 pending 一个月了，在考虑要不要上PP，问了下收费， 律师回复是：
That will be dependent on at what point the PP request is rejected. If it is
rejected in the USCIS mailroom, then the check will be returned with a
rejection notice. If the PP request makes it past the mailroom, then the
check will be cashed regardless of whether the case is in fact adjudicated
in 15 calendar days. The check will not be returned.
In either scenario, the legal fee will not be refunded, as the work of
preparing the forms will be completed.
