要我提供下面的东西

这个我是不是得打电话过去说明一下情况啊？

昨天给chase打电话了，我就说我准备在amazon，ebay卖点东西，还没有TIN也没有注册
公司，然后她就说让我等一周就会有结果了。这个估计是他们在screen的时候没有仔细
看我申请的时候的选项，收到的同学不要怕，打电话过去说明一下就应该没问题，剩下
的就是看rp了

这个月current,现在主副申请人状态如下：

On March 19, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on
file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if
you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

忘了说了，副申请人因身份调整的事情在2012年8月份收到过REF。

申请时用sole proprietorship, TIN就SSN, 公司名字就自己名字, 公司地址就住处地址

我就是用的sole proprietorship, 名字是随便取的，公司地址就是住址，就收到那个
信了
