不是很全，我都是看到什么随手存下来的，大家都行动起来，自己早拿绿卡，还帮后来
都同胞争名额。
1. Make a Service Request, right now.
2. Schedule a Info Pass, right now.
3. Call your local federal congressman/woman, and another senator, choose
the one responded quickly.

I never used a congressman or senator. My experience was with Service
Request. When you call to open a service request, they will give you a
service request number. The most important thing is to email the service
center to follow up. On the subject line, you put the service request number
in there, and inside the email you mention your case number, your alien
number, etc, and the reason for your inquiry.
I emailed 3 times, and each time I got reply in about 3-4 days, and finally
got the card.
