Background: PhD in environmental science in 2007
famous lawyer help me.
Publication: 15 （6 first, 9 Chinese journals).
Citation: total 442, (chinese 81)
Review: 21 times for 13 journals (one chinese)
Recommendation letter: 6 (4 independent）
Claim: 1 contribution,2 authorship，3 judge
REF: 1 and 2 are not pass.
Very sad.
Questions: what is circulation information about journal? how to get it?

比如说state job order 7月1日贴上去，是不是有规定说7月30之前必须要把2份周日广
告见报？
如果没法赶在7月30前完成周日广告要求，有什么问题么？可以有什么补救措施么？

authorship不过可能是9/15=60%的文章是中文的
LZ可能要反驳说中文文章也是文章

可能也是中文文章多的关系，RFE要求补充杂志circulation的信息来证明是
international发行的有影响力的期刊

about contribution. they said mine is not major significance. I should offer
evidence of significance of beneficiary's contribution to the field;
evidence that people throughout the field currently consider the beneficiary
of major significance;
support letters from experts;
evidence of the beneficiary's work being implemented by others;
About authorship:
evidence that beneficiary's articles wer written for intended to be read by
learn persons in a given field;
evidence to establish that the publications in which the articles appear are
professional publications, trade publications, or other major media:
including circulation information. if circulation information is submitted,
it should be specific to the media format in which it was published. that is
, if the article was published on line, the evidence must relate to the
website. if it was published in print, the evidence must relate to the
printed publication.
这些杂志都是既有网络版的又有印刷版的，我不知道怎么去回答这些问题。
我查了这些杂志的信息，只有关于目标，月刊，那里出版的。

这个IO显然是对中文杂志占很多不满意。你有没有虽然发在中文杂志上，但用英文写
的，然后被其他国家人引用的。查查。然后如果你那些发在英文杂志上的工作和你中文
的有关联，可以想办法证明这是对以前工作的延续，受到很大的重视，说明自己以前的
中文杂志的工作也很重要。
只是个人的一个想法，没太多经验。
