我H1B，没有file过perm,140。LD的140已批。还没有递交485.现在我要准备转为H4，想
请教大家,
1， 在1-539表里面，
“3a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an
application, and applicant for an immigrant visa?”
“3b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other
person included in this application?”
是选No吗？
我查了一下以前的贴子，各有说法。我觉得应该填No，因为我老公不是申请人，是吗？
2.材料清单里需要附上老公140 approval notice吗？
