另外，发帖提前说一下。等140过了我给大家发一个75个I-140 status over time，我
跟踪记录的，看到后就知道这帮人的处理速度有多慢了，虽然网上信息不一定是及时更

My RD is 3/21 EB2 => EB3; I tried many times and got the following message:
