sorry I can't type chinese now.
I have to change job to another state.
Did EB2->EB3 earlier this year, with EAD now.
I am the main applicant, with my spouse on EAD.
1. Do I need to change H1B to the new job? I am on the 5th year of H1B but
already got extended for another 3 years. Since my spouse is still using my
EAD, shall I keep my H1B?
2. When I change to the new address, will USCIS give me RFE right away?
PD is not current. PD EB3 2011/Dec. Probably not. Am I right?
3. won't be able to switch back to EB2, right?
4. Is EAD hard to renew? HR in the new job doesn't seem to know too much
about immigration status.

You can do H1B or EAD, people said H1B is safer, but I haven't heard anyone
got denied on 485 once 140 is approved. RFE shouldn't have anything to do
with address change. It's however, important to have post office forwarding
the mails. USCIS got it messed up often. You won't be able to switch back to
EB2 once you are on EAD, but I think EB3 will faster than EB2 in a few
months. You don't need anything at all to renew EAD.

是的，有人用一张sap一张freedom来回转，每天没事就转几轮，一年下来流量2000多万
，给了100多万点。

1. Not so sure, but if your new employer doesn't mind to sponsor the H1B,
why not?
2. You are very likely to get RFE for EVL and I-693 when you are current.
3. Not so sure.
4. EAD can be renewed 120 days before your old one expire and it is not
difficult at all, just fill the form and attach two recent photos, but the
processing time could be long.
