I predict that 2012 will be a great year for the petition of EB1A/EB1B and
USCIS will be granting these petitions at a historically high rate.
- EB1B at approval rate ~99%
- EB1A at or above 70% approval rate!
- If you have a US STEM PhD degree, your EB1 (either A or B) will be
approved at ~99% approval rate.
Mark my post, and let's come back in one year to see if my psyche turns out
to be true. Hehe. :-)

我现在用EAD 工作， 140 已批准，485 也已经pending 180 天，换了工作，如何知道
前雇主有没有withdraw 我的140？如果withdraw, 我需要做什么？ File AC 21吗？

隔壁有人说今财政年收到Eb1申请大幅度减少，据说是因为大家感觉难度加大，不愿申
请了。看来移民局钱收不够，要开闸防水了

同问。据我所知没有办法。
我曾经也找移民部门委婉的问过会不会cancel 140，得到的也只是官方回复什么you
are eligible to do AC21 porting.

EB1不够就会去走别的路。未见得总数是下降的。

EB1 is only a very very small part of the total application. Do NOT
overestimate.

I agree that they will lower the requirements for EB1 this year, especially
compared to 2011.
