I doubt they can use up the quota for Chinese if they retro EB3 in any
meaningful way. And not allocating all the avail quota when there is a
waiting line, I believe, violates the immigration law. not that immigration
laws worth 2 pennies now a days.

11年7月的PD肯定不用担心。肯定是EB3早拿卡。EB3现在是真排期。
EB2如果真想大牛们预测的那样进2+年，那也是假排期，肯定要退。

FY2015 started on Oct 1. almost a half has past. I bet they have only issued
a few hundred EB3C.

我也同意3现在是真排期，2里面剩的也不多了吧能转的都转了，我觉得应该会提速的
