我12年1月递交的，实在是等得不耐烦了，于12年12月递交PP申请。结果时机不好，赶
上放圣诞节大假，IO基本上没看我的材料就file了个RFE。
anyway，我的意思是
第一，等上6-8个月再没动静就真的要考虑PP了，毕竟再等下去可能会很长。
第二，在这个半年多的等待时间里，又攒了一些文章，引用和审稿之类的东西，可以放
到潜在的RFE回复里。虽然原则上这些不能算作支持材料，但是你可以说这些都是证明
你sustain了什么什么的。一般而言，IO还是会考虑一下的。
第三，再退一步讲，即使RFE后没给你过，你也在相对短的时间内拿到了一个结果。过
两三个月可以再提交一个140申请，无非就是多花了一点钱而已。而且不管你第一次是否
雇佣了律师，这第二次提交申请基本上可以自己做了。
综合起来看，即使自己的case不是太强，在等了半年后，我建议还是应该出手pp。
