请教：140已过，准备提交485，H1B和PERM职位不一样，EVL怎么写？
现在是H1B职位ENGINEER,PERM是MANAGER. 准备抛弃律师自己提交485.
EVL需要写现在的职位和现在的年薪，再加上愿意雇佣并升职为MANAGER，新年薪多少吗？
还是直接写愿意雇佣，职位为MANAGER，年薪多少？
最好能给个模板，谢谢。

考古出来的模板比较简单，好像有点不适合我的情况。
从网上找到这个，大牛们看看，用作我这个情况怎么样。
请给意见。

time, permanent basis. We intend to continue employing him upon receiving
approval of his permanent residence application.

这份也不错，但是到底需不需要提现在的职位呢，还是全是will be？

EVL按Perm要求写。自己准备可以，但是要公司签字。你确定公司允许你自己定制？

确认过了，自己定制，然后找VP签字，都谈好了。
关键是因为现在职位和perm职位不一样，所以才苦恼该怎么写才好

跟公司商量，拿卡那个时候title换成perm的title，一般应该没问题。不行的话就只重
新找一个相同或相似的title的工作了。

我没表达好。
现在是H1B职位ENGINEER,公司承诺绿卡后给升MANAGER, 所以办PERM和140的时候就用
MANAGER申请了.
一般人都是同一职位，所以EVL很好写，随便找个模板就好了。我现在头疼是，EVL需要
提现在职位吗？还是全是WILL BE根据PERM的MANAGER职位？

记住绿卡是未来职位，跟你现在的h1b没有半点关系。
