一月份开的卡开了卡之后amazon上买了个$0.01的电话卡拿到4W迈就再也没用过然后
昨天邮件收到了这个。

这世界不公平，不完美的事情太多了。我觉得让小孩多面对，多受挫折，父母在旁疏导
，培养一个好的心态和技能去适应这个社会是最重要的。就象动物届一样，妈妈最重要
的任务是教小兽如何捕食，如何生存。

估计是ICC，最后整个公司的１４０不管有批没批的都被吊销。　因为公司无法帮新申
请绿卡的员工证明可以支付所有绿卡申请人的工资。

My company has filed GCs for some future employees and a good # of them are
working also. I have actually left after 140 was approved. There are many
who have approved 140s but are waiting for dates to become current and still
working.
Now they filed for 140s for 3 more new guys recently and USCIS asked ATP
proof for not only these people, but also for all the approved 140s so far.
And company is not able to show that, and as a result all the 140s are
revoked.
Please let me know what to do. I was thinking of recapturing the PD as I am
not working with that company, but now that 140 seems to be denied. Will I
be able to preserve my PD using the approved labor. If I go to an attorney
will it help me.
Did anybody face any situation like this. I heard this from many more these
days.
Are they not supposed to ask ATP proof only for the new 140, and not worry
about existing approved 140s as they are already working, and approved

I ever read about one Indian guy whose 485 was denied due to the revoke of
his 140 which had been approved 3 years before. The problem is the company
the guy previously worked for was suspicious of fraud on past experience of
their experience in India. Although the guy later changed job, during the
adjudication on his 485, USCIS still revoked his current 140 and invalidated
the 485.
So you can see even an 140 approved long before is still unsafe if something
in your past triggers USCIS suspicion.

就是个icc。公司被抓，所以以前批准的全部作废。做的好。
