这里帖的sample letter上是newly approved I-140。那么降过级现在又relink回来的
朋友们，是写previously approved I-140吗？如"According to the USCIS' policies
on Transferring Adjustment Application, I would like to kindly request that
my pending I-485 applications to be filed with the previously approved EB-
2based I-140 (Receipt Number: XXXX)"? 这样previously approved 140会不会把
USCIS搞混？
