律师帮这做了reeling from EB3-->EB2.但目前还不知道是否成功。
前天自己在网上做了一个SR "Outside of normal processing", 得到的回复如下,怎
么解读这个回复,relink到底是成功了还是没有呢?有经验的说说。
The status of this service request is:
Service records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We
ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we
process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you haven’t
received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service
Center (NCSC) at the number provided below.
What You Can Do
Please see the “Online Services” below to check the status of your case in
the near future. We apologize for the delay.
