我H1B，没有file过perm,140。LD的EB2NIW 140交了，还没批。现在我要准备转为H4，想
请教大家,
1， 在1-539表里面，
“3a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa?”
“3b. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other
person included in this application?”
我的情况两个都是选No吗？
我查了一下以前的贴子，各有说法。我觉得应该填No，因为我是申请人，而老公不是申
请人，这两个问题是问申请人，是吗？
