之前的H1b六年已经到期，因为140批了，所以H1b又renew了三年。如果现在更换新工作
的话，办理H1b transfer，还会给三年吗？还是要求新公司必须得重新申请140？

You will get 3 years. I actually use 140 from company A twice for H1B
extension (to work for company B.

't start over your GC process (PERM/140/485)?

I restarted everything with co. B, but still did not get 140 approved by the
time three year extension was exhausted. So I used 140 from A to extend 3
more years.
