This E-mail message is in reply to your inquiry regarding the Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, which your
constituent filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on
June 10, 2015.
Our records do not show an approved I-140 that would give your constituent a
priority date that would be current so that she could adjust status. Our
records show a China EB2 and an EB3 with a priority date of April 23, 2013.
The current Visa Bulletin shows the current priority date being worked is
on or before March 1, 2012 for the EB2 and October 1, 2012 for the EB3. （2
