大家好，我今年5月刚毕业的菜鸟，在个小公司干IT干了几个月了，现在用的OPT，当初
找工作的时候公司说帮办H1B。
我现在有些疑问，当时入职公司的时候没有签什么纸质的合同，就是网上签了个发了个
过去，现在每个月收到公司的payroll，公司也没什么任何福利，不管报税，让我自己
用1099，年底招人报。我自己寻思这个是不是self-employment? 明年申请H1B的时候有
麻烦吗？

上个礼拜做了Relink Online SR，今天得到如下答复：
