看过置顶帖了，但有个问题不知道怎么填，所以请教一下大家。
我去年年底用过AP了，所以我的状态填AOS；但我老婆和小孩现在还是H4 Visa没用过AP
，请问她们的状态填什么？

类似情况，填了H4，不知道对不对

if both your H1 I-797 and their H4 I-94 are still unexpired, nothing wrong
for them to answer H4. also nothing wrong for them to answer AOS based on
the fact that they have filed I-485.
